This renovation was our first townhome and also our first project with friends. It is really neat to work with people with great taste. We are learning new styles as we go and have been enjoying the collaboration. The location, close to local restaurants, the pool, and parks, is an added bonus. The kitchen makeover was a lot of fun. The cabinets all needed sanding; we are grateful we could do that prior to moving in. The hard work paid off.
